This state-of-the-art plastic recycling granulation line, specifically designed to process PE films and high-MFI PP rigid flakes with unmatched efficiency. This system features a unique configuration, including pre-shredding and cutter compacting for low-density films, as well as side-feeder direct extrusion for PP rigid flakes.

Equipped with a dual filtration system, including a 5G self-cleaning laser filter, it optimizes the recycling process while reducing energy consumption. The special strand pelletizing technology ensures a moisture content of less than 1%, maintaining high-quality output.
Additionally, the KCP160’s PLC intelligent system enables seamless automation, allowing operators to monitor and control the process effortlessly.
